This is a Kalison Milano mini trumpet in excellent condition.

Kalison was an Italian brass maker based in Milan. They are best known for larger brass instruments, but they also made specialty instruments, including these playable miniature trumpets.

This is not a decorative miniature. It is a playable half-size B-flat trumpet. These are associated with Kalison’s “Orchestrina” instruments, a small-format line intended to be real playing instruments rather than display pieces.

This example presents very well. The finish, engraving, valves, slides, and trim are all clean.

These are very rare and have previously sold for over $6000.
